General information about the Stegra Housing program

The Stegra housing program consists of two types of accommodations. Accommodations that are built by Stegra, (Stegra accommodations – Slipvägen, Boden Business Park, Nylandsbäcken & Polaris) for this sole purpose and other pre-existing accommodations like hotels (Partner accommodations – Western farm, Nordkalotten, Kasernen, Boden stay). Please refer to the following sections to know which rules are set out for each specific accommodation. For all sites, the same general House rules applies.

In the Stegra accommodation sites, our facility manager partner Coor provides all services related to the accommodations. The Partner accommodations are run solely by their respective owners, not by Stegra, and might have additional rules in addition to the House rules. All information about the accommodation you’ve been assigned can be found in the booking confirmation email or on this website. Please note that as a guest in the housing program, you can always call the reception at +46 01-559 75 80, email receptionboden@coor.com, or visit the reception at Slipvägen 17, 961 43, Boden, regardless of where you live.

However, we advise you to first turn to the respective Partner accommodations if your questions regard maintenance and/or cleaning.

 

 

All sites offer the following:

  • Cleaning services (weekly for rooms, several times a week for common areas)
  • Bed linen, including weekly changing
  • Wifi
  • Possibility to cook and store food (refrigerators)
  • Household utensils and kitchen appliances
  • Possibility to wash clothes
  • Common areas for socializing
  • Bus transport to and from the Stegra site
  • Car parking (limited number of spots)

 

 

Cancellation or “no-show”

You can cancel your reservation at any of the accommodation sites by calling Coor at +46 10 559 75 70 or emailing stegra.contactcenter@coor.com.Please note that the reservation is personal and cannot be cancelled by someone else.

If a cancellation is made less than 48 h before arrival, or if no cancellation is made (no-show), you will be charged 100% of the total rent. No refund will be made.

Lost items/theft and pets

When leaving your room, please make sure that it is in the same condition as when you arrived. Please treat the camp's property and facilities with respect. Any damage or theft will be charged. Stegra reserves the right to demand compensation from the booker or guest for damaged interior, as well as reimbursement for extra ordinary cleaning costs and sanitation. Please make sure to close the windows when leaving the room.

Pets are not allowed.

Stegra accomodations

For Stegras accommodations, there are two receptions located at Slipvägen 17 and also at Teknikvägen 10 and is staffed by Coor during the following hours

 

     Slipvägen Reception

  • Weekdays: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
  • Saturdays: 12:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Sundays:   12:00 am to 8:00 pm


    Boden Business Park Reception
  • Weekdays: 14:00 am to 8:00 pm
  • Saturdays: 12:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Sundays:   12:00 am to 8:00 pm

Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 am, at this time your digital key will stop working. Only the Stegra booking team can change your reservation, contact your booking coordinator if you need to extend your stay or cut it short.

If you do not leave the room in time and according to the cleaning instructions, you will be charged any additional costs incurred if the next guest cannot check in on time.

Handle your digital key or the key handed out with care and make sure not to lose it. Return the keycard/key upon check-out. If the keycard/key is lost, you will be charged.

Slipvägen, Boden Business Park, Nylandsbäcken

  • Module villages built by Stegra for the purpose of temporary accommodation
  • Personal kitchenette in each room
  • Mini fridge in each room, no freezer
  • Personal bathroom with shower
  • 1496 (660/132/704) rooms in total
  • Digital keys are sent out to via email & text to you before arrival

Partner accomodations - reception

You will receive information about the check-in and check-out when you make the reservation.

If you do not leave the room in time and according to the cleaning instructions, you will be charged any additional costs incurred if the next guest cannot check in on time. Follow the hotel's check-in and check-out times. If needed, contact reception to arrange for late check-in or early check-out.

Handle your key with care and make sure not to lose it. Return the keycard/key upon check-out. If the keycard/key is lost, there will be an additional charge.

Parking of private car: place the parking permit on the dashboard. If you have no parking permit, please contact the reception.
