Digital key for your accommodation

For assistance and maintenance
If the room does not meet the promised conditions, please notify us within 24 hours from arrival so that we can adjust it. Problems that occur during your stay should be reported as soon as possible.
When reporting a problem, scan the QR code and supply the requested information. The report is sent to the Contact Center, who will reply within 24 hours.

Windows
The windows need to be closed when leaving the room to ensure that the ventilation and heating work properly in the accommodations. This is also to prevent other people and/or bugs or animals to enter the rooms.
Food & water
The tap water in the housing accommodation is drinkable.
Every room has either a private kitchen in the room or a kitchen facility in the house where you can cook your own food or heat food in the microwave.
Waste management & cleaning
Keep common areas clean and tidy. Dispose of your trash in the designated bins and do not leave behind dirt or spills. Rubbish must be sorted, there are specific receptacles for combustible materials, glass, metal, plastic and redeemable items at the waste stations.

Safety and the right to evict guests
For security reasons, all guests are subject to ID verification upon arrival. The provided ID information is stored during the stay and a short period after the stay. It is completely erased after three months.
The hotel reserves the right to evict guests from the premises for disruptive behaviour or failure to comply with the rules of the stay.
Guests who have been evicted are not entitled to compensation or refunds.
Camera surveillance
The area is protected with camera surveillance in public areas for everyone's safety.
Please note that all of our sites and accommodation areas will be under camera surveillance.
Fireban
Fires and grilling is allowed only in designated areas where there are benches and a firepit. All other grills etc. will be disposed of by staff.
