Cleaning of rooms & Linens and towels
Cleaning is scheduled once per calendar week. This means it will occur once during each started week, rather than precisely every seven days.
The cleaning staff does not have the right to touch/move your personal belongings. So always make sure that you always leave your room in a suitable condition so that it can be cleaned. For instance, if you have left personal belongings on your bed, the cleaning staff will not be able to provide clean linens for you.
Bed linens are provided at all accommodations.
Towels are provided at Slipvägen, Nylandsbäcken and Boden Business Park.

How do I get to work?
How do I get mail delivered?
All personal post, mail, and/or packages that guests staying at Slipvägen, Nylandsbäcken, Polarishuset or Boden Business Park needs to be addressed to Slipvägen 17, 961 43 Boden
If you use any other address, there is a risk that your mail will be lost or delivered to wrong place.
If there is a package in need of signature, please choose “pick up” and a nearby location, and not home delivery since the reception cannot sign another person’s deliveries.
When a delivery arrives at Slipvägen we will send you information through text message where and when you can pick it up.

If you have forgotten something in your room after you’ve checked out, or if you’ve lost anything else in the common areas, please visit the Our Accomations tab to see where to turn to get further information.

How do I get to the Boden city center from Slipvägen?
On foot it is safest and quickest to take the following route (see picture below) where there is a pedestrian and cycle path directly into the city center.

Fishing
The fish in Svartbyträsket should not be eaten due to high levels of PFAS.
If you want to fish in the Boden area, for most of the rivers you need a permit. You can buy these online.
