General Information
The Stegra temporary housing program consists of two types of temporary accommodations
These accomodations are purpose-built by Stegra specifically for the Temporary Housing Program.
They include:
- Slipvägen
- Boden Business Park
- Nylandsbäcken
- Moråsen
2. Partner Temporary Accommodations
These are pre-existing accommodations such as hotels, operated by external partners.
Current partner accommodations include:
- Western Farm
- Kasernen
- Boden Stay
- Polaris
House Rules
While the same general House rules apply across all locations, partner accommodations may have additional rules set by their respective owners.
See the relevant sections of this guide for any site-specific rules for each accommodation.
At Stegra temporary accommodation sites, ALL accommodation-related services are provided by our Facilities Management partner, Coor. Partner temporary accommodations are managed solely by their respective owners and are not operated by Stegra. Information specific to your assigned accommodation can be found in your booking confirmation e-mail or on this website.

Services & Amenities
- Cleaning services
- Room Cleaning once per calendar week
Please note: Weekly room cleaning is schedules once during each calendar week, meaning it will occur once in any started week rather than exactly every seven days. - Cleaning of common areas several times per week
- Room Cleaning once per calendar week
- Bed linen service, including weekly linen changes
- Wi-Fi access
- Cooking and food storage facilities, including refrigerators
- Household utensils and kitchen appliances
- Laundry facilities
- Common areas designated for socializing and relaxation
- Bus transportation to and from the Stegra site
- Car parking, subject to availability (limited number of spots)
Check-Out Information
Check-out must be completed no later than 12:00 PM (noon) on the day of departure. At this time, your digital key will be deactivated. If you have been issued a physical key, it must be returned to the reception upon check-out.
Failure to vacate the room on time or to follow the applicable cleaning instructions may result in additional charges. These charges may include costs incurred if the next guest is unable to check in as scheduled, as well as costs associated with handling personal belongings left behind. Stegra is not responsible for any food or perishable items left in the room after check-out.
Cancellation or “no-show”
You may cancel your reservation at any of the temporary accommodation sites by contacting Coor by phone at +46 (0) 10-559 75 80 or by email at stegra.contactcenter@coor.com. Please note that reservations are personal and only be cancelled by the individual to whom the booking applies.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time, as well as failure to cancel (no-show), will result in a charge of 100% of the total rent. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Room Condition & Responsibility
When leaving your room, please ensure it is left in the same condition as when you arrived. We kindly ask that you treat the camp’s property and facilities with care and respect.
Any damage, loss, or theft will be charged accordingly. Stegra reserves the right to claim compensation from the booker or guest for damaged interiors, as well as reimbursement for any extraordinary cleaning or sanitation costs incurred.
Please remember to close all windows when leaving the room.

Pets are not allowed on the premises

These are module villages built by Stegra for the sole purpose of temporary accommodation

- Digital Locks - A digital key is sent out to via e-mail & text to you before arrival

Check-out information
Check-out must take place no later than 12:00 PM on the day of departure, at this time your digital key will be automatically be deactivated.
If you were issued a physical key, it must be returned to the reception upon check-out.
Failure to vacate the room on time or to follow cleaning instructions may result in additional charges, particularly if it delays check-in for the next guest.
Key Responsibility
Handle your digital key or the key handed out with care and make sure not to lose it. Return the key/card upon check-out. If the key/card is lost, you will be charged.
Changing your reservation
Only the Stegra booking team is authorized to modify reservations.
If you need to extend or shorten your stay, please contact your booking coordinator directly.

Partner Temporary Accomodations
You will receive detailed check-in and check-out information at the time of reservation.
Please ensure that you vacate the room on time and in accordance with the cleaning instructions. Failure to do so may result in additional charges, particularly if it delays check-in for the next guest. Always observe the hotel’s stated check-in and check-out times.
If needed, please contact the reception in advance to arrange a late check-in or an early check-out.

Storklinten is temporarily leased by Stegra for accommodation purposes with a total capacity of 111 Rooms
