Support

If your room does not meet the agreed upon or promised condition, notify us within 24 hours of arrival so that we can make the adjustments necessary.

Any issues that arise during your stay should be reported as soon as possible.

To report a problem, scan the QR code in the room and provide the requested information. Your report will be sent directly to the Reception.

Parking

If you plan on using your own vehicles, please ensure to obtain a vehicle permit from the Reception that is valid for parking at the Stegra Camps and Villages.

It is obligatory to follow the assigned parking slots. Any illegally parked vehicle is subject to fines, or in extreme cases, towing.

 

Windows & Doors

All windows and doors must be closed when leaving a room to ensure that the ventilation and heating systems function. This also helps to prevent unauthorized access and stops insects or animals from entering the room.

Leaving windows open, or not closing them properly, especially during winter when temperatures are below 0°C can cause severe damage to the property.
This includes heating issues as well as frozen water pipes that may burst and cause water damage.

Kitchen

Each room is equipped with either a private kitchen or has access to a shared kitchen facility within the building. There you can prepare your own meals and heat food using a microwave. 

Please note that in some accommodations, refrigerators are shared between guests.

Mail & Package Delivery Information

All personal mail, post, and packages for guests staying at Slipvägen, Nylandsbäcken, Moråsen, Polarishuset or Boden Business Park must be addressed to the following location:

Using any other address may result in your mail being delayed, misdelivered, or lost.

For any deliveries that would require a signature, please select "pick-up" at a nearby service point rather than home delivery as the reception does not sign for deliveries on behalf of guests.

Once a delivery arrives at the Reception you will receive a text message notification with information on when and where to collect your mail.

Waste management

Please keep all common areas clean and tidy.

Dispose of all waste in the designated bins and ensure that no dirt, spills, or trash is left behind. Waste must be sorted correctly according to the Waste Disposal guide below.

Food waste must always be disposed of in the kitchen facilities only. Do not dispose of food waste in bathrooms or toilets as this can cause hygiene issues and damage to plumbing systems.

The waste stations are available for use by all guests. Please follow the instructions displayed on the posters at the waste stations as they help us maintain proper waste sorting.

Identification & Conduct Policy

For security reasons, all guests are required to present valid identification upon arrival. The collected information is securely stored for the duration of the stay and for a limited period thereafter, and is fully deleted after three months, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

The hotel reserves the right to remove guests from the premises in cases of disruptive behavior, misuse of facilities, or failure to comply with the house rules and conditions of stay.

Guests who are evicted due to such violations are not entitled to any compensation or refunds.

Camera surveillance

For everyone's safety and security, camera surveillance is in operation in public areas. Please be aware that all sites and accommodation areas are monitored by CCTV, in accordance with applicable laws and privacy regulations.

Fireban

Fires and grilling is permitted only in designated areas.

These areas are equipped with benches and approved fire pits. Open fires or grills used outside of these designated areas are strictly prohibited and will be removed and disposed of by staff.
